1. Terms and Conditions

In accordance with this commercial policy, items purchased in our stores may be returned within 30 days of purchase upon presentation of the receipt (paper or digital) in the country of purchase. Altered or personalized items cannot be returned. Legal guarantees also apply independently of this policy.

Returned items must be new (no tags must have been removed), unworn, unwashed, unstained, and in their original packaging or in packaging providing equivalent protection.

Items purchased in our branches may only be returned to our branches. Items purchased in our outlet stores may only be returned to our outlet stores. For items purchased in stores operated by affiliates or in department stores (the list of these points of sale is available on our website), please refer to their return procedures.

Returned items may, depending on your method of payment, be eligible for a refund, an exchange, or a store credit:

Refunds are available exclusively for items paid by using a single credit card and will be credited back to the account of the credit card used for the purchase. Items paid for with multiple credit cards are eligible only for an exchange or a store credit.

Mixed payments or payments made in cash, store credits or gift cards are eligible only for an exchange or a store credit. They are not eligible for a refund.

Printing of receipts, credit card tickets, and store credits is no longer automatic and is provided only upon request (except for credit card tickets relating to cancelled transactions or transactions that are refunded). Your receipt may also be sent to you by email.

*Stores credits and gift cards are valid for one year from their date of issue in all of our branches and outlet stores in the country of purchase (excluding department stores and stores operated by affiliates). Store credits and gift cards are not valid on our website https://uk.maje.com/.
