INSTAGRAM CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
Article 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION
The simplified joint stock company Maje (hereinafter referred to as the "organising company") with a capital of 100,000 euros, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 382 544 310, whose headquarters are located at 2 rue de Marengo, 75001 Paris, France, represented by Mrs Isabelle Guichot in her capacity as CEO, is organising a prize draw that is free to enter with no purchase necessary, entitled "Maje London Instagram Contest" from 20 November 2018 to 30 November at 23:59pm via the Maje Instagram. platform (UK time) and promoted via the Facebook social network.
Article 2 – CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
2.1 Accessing the competition
This competition is open to any private individual of full age, whether an adult or a minor with parental consent, resident in London, with the exception of anyone employed by the companies who are directly or indirectly involved in organising or executing the competition, or their families, and is limited to one single entry and one single win per person. The organising company may directly or indirectly carry out any necessary checks in order to check the capacity of entrants.
Any individuals wishing to enter the competitions must already have an Instagram account (application for sharing photographs) and be a follower of the Organizing Company’s Instagram account. Entry to the competition is accessible via :
The organising company reserves the right to ask any entrant to provide proof of adherence to these conditions. Any person who fails to satisfy these conditions or refuses to prove adherence to them shall be barred from the competition and shall not be entitled to their prize, should they win.
By taking part in the competition, entrants accept these rules unconditionally. In the event of a discrepancy in the way these rules and the business documents or competition description are interpreted, these rules will take precedence.
2.2. How to enter
To participate, it is necessary to:

For this competition, 3 winners will be drawn by the organizing company. Entry into the Competition may only take place via the Instagram platform. In view of this, any entries submitted by telephone, fax, post or email shall be ignored. Entering the competition indicates full and absolute acceptance of all provisions of the present regulations, of the rules of conduct generally applied on the Internet, and of the laws and rules applicable to free to enter competitions.
Any entries that are incomplete or inaccurate, or that do not follow the procedure set out above (in particular through a failure to include the hashtags #MajeLondon) shall not be considered and so shall invalidate the entry.

Article 3 – PRIZES
The prizes for the competition shall be a £300 voucher for each of the 3 winners. For details of the voucher transaction, please refer legal conditions written at the back of the voucher.
For other competition periods and prizes, one or more amendments will be filed with SCP Jean-Michel Adam/Vincent Ada, Bailiffs of the Court, with whom these rules are filed.
One single entrant may not win twice. A new prize draw will take place if an entrant who has already won is drawn.
Winners will be notified by email within seven days of the prize draw, and must, by return of email within 15 days of the organising company sending the email notifying them of their win, accept their win by confirming acceptance of the prize and indicating their postal address.
The organising company cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions in the email sending system.
If the winners do not accept or indicate express confirmation of their prize within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days of being contacted by the organising company, this silence will be taken as indication that the winners purely and simply relinquish their prize, and no claim can then be made.
Winners cannot ask the organising company to exchange any prize for another item or service of any value, or for cash. If winners do not want or cannot take possession of their prizes, they will not be entitled to any compensation.
In the event of force majeure or any cause outside of its control, the organising company reserves the right to replace prizes with other equivalent prizes of an equivalent value.
The organising company cannot be held responsible for any incident, accident or other inconvenience that might occur during the enjoyment of the allocated prize and/or its use.
The organising company reserves the right to check the identity of winners.
Prizes will be sent by post to the winners within fifteen (15) days.
The organising company cannot be held responsible for any delay or problem in issuing the prize for transport reasons or as a result of any other exceptional circumstances. In the event of prizes not being delivered due to an incorrect address and/or change of address, or as a result of any other exceptional circumstances, no claim can be made.
Article 4 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Customers are hereby informed that their personal data may be collected on the Website and used by MAJE, which acts as data controller within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”).
MAJE undertakes to protect and ensure the security and confidentiality of its Customers’ personal data in accordance with the GDPR, including by taking all appropriate measures to prevent these data from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
In particular, Customers’ personal data may be sent to service providers and contractual partners which, acting as subcontractors within the meaning of the GDPR, contribute directly to the management of Orders and for which it is absolutely necessary to access the personal data entered by Customers when creating and using their Accounts (identity, postal address, telephone number, email address). Subcontractors may act only under instruction from MAJE.
Customers’ personal data are collected for the following purposes:
- to manage Orders and relationships with Customers;
- to inform Customers about commercial offers and information relating to the brand;
- to reinforce and enhance communication from the Website and the brand by sending, for instance, newsletters and special offers depending on the preferences that Customers express on the Website;
- to improve and personalise the services offered to Customers; and
- to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Customers’ personal data are retained only for the period strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Customers have the right to access, correct and object to the use of their personal data (hereinafter “Data Protection Rights”).
To exercise one or more Data Protection Rights, Customers should send a request by email or post to the Customer Services department of MAJE, by filling in the contact form on the Website or by writing to the following address and stating their full name, email address and customer reference details: MAJE Service client, 2 rue de Marengo, 75002 Paris FRANCE, and stating their full name, email address and customer reference details.
All requests must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an ID document bearing the Customer’s signature, and include the return address.
Requests made on the basis of one or more Data Protection Rights will be replied to no later than 2 months after receiving the requests.
Customers may give MAJE specific guidance in which they explain how they would like to exercise their Data Protection Rights under the GDPR after their death.
Article 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By taking part in the competition, entrants accept unconditionally these rules in their entirety, the rules of conduct currently applicable to the store, as well as the laws, rules and other texts applicable in France.
In general, MAJE cannot be held liable if the competition has to be deferred, amended or cancelled in the event of force majeure.
MAJE therefore reserves the right to make amendments to the competition either in terms of content or duration, at any time and without warning or obligation to justify its decision, and cannot be held liable for any such action.
Article 6 – AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION OF THE COMPETITION
MAJE reserves the right to extend, curtail, amend or cancel the competition at any time in the event of force majeure, with no claim to any compensation by the entrants. In this event, an amendment will be filed with SCP Jean-Michel Adam/Vincent Ada, Bailiffs of the Court, at 99 rue de Prony in Paris.
Article 7 – FILING AND CONSULTATION OF RULES

These rules will be sent, free of charge (with current second class postage reimbursed) to any individual who requests them in writing to the following address: MAJE, Service Clients, 2 rue de Marengo, 75 002 PARIS, France.
Only one request for rules per household will be considered. (same name, same postal address).
Any requests with insufficient postage, or supplied with illegible, crossed-out, incomplete or erroneous information, will be considered void and will not be processed.
No written or telephone requests concerning the interpretation or application of these rules or concerning the methods and workings of the competition will be answered.
Article 8 – DISPUTES
These rules are exclusively subject to French law.
Any question pertaining to the application and/or interpretation of these rules will be dealt with independently, according to the nature of the request, by the organising company and/or SCP Jean-Michel Adam/Vincent Ada, Bailiffs of the Court, in accordance with applicable French law.
Any dispute relating to the competition must be notified by post within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the entry closing date, the postmark being proof thereof, to the headquarters of the MAJE company at MAJE, Service Clients, 2 rue de Marengo, 75 002 PARIS, France.
In the event of a continuing disagreement regarding competition entry and/or interpretation of the current rules, and failing any amicable agreement, any dispute shall be considered by the competent Court.
